Z28-200 Hydraulic Thread Rolling Machine used for making thread on bolts, screws, fasteners, threaded rods can be designed with antomatic feeding device control panel easy to operate simple and convenient.
Hydraulic thread rolling machine is mainly used to form parts by cold rolling technology, which is a kind of advanced chipless machining technology. Rolling tools are used in this technology. The machine consists of main machine, spindle box, gear, change box, rolling system, hydraulic, system, electric system and cooling system.
The two principal axes of the machine are rotated in the same direction.
Right spindle moves in the horizontal direction under the rolling pressure. After rolled, the workpiece is machined to form a thread.
